Job Description
Smollan is looking for enthusiastic young individuals to join a Merchandiser Learnership. This is an entry-level opportunity ideal for candidates who want to gain retail experience while learning on the job.
What You’ll Do
- Pack and arrange products on shelves
- Check stock levels and report shortages
- Ensure products are correctly priced
- Keep shelves and store areas neat and clean
- Assist customers when needed
Requirements
- Matric (Grade 12)
- English communication skills
- Clear criminal record
- Live within 15km of the store
- Own a smartphone
- Valid South African ID
- SARS letter and bank confirmation letter
- Vodacom SIM card (required if successful)

- South African citizens
- Aged 18–35 years
- No previous experience required
