Your Gig: Engineering & Graduate Trainee:
You’ll be working as a Trainee in Engineering, based in Longmeadow, South Africa. ABB South Africa believes in young talent, and we’re all about providing you with the best environment to learn and grow. As a Trainee, you won’t just get hands-on experience; you’ll also dive into a world of innovation and technology.
What You’ll be Doing:
We follow a cool learning model: 70:20:10. That means:
- Hands-on Experience (70%): You’ll be working with our products and systems, getting the real deal experience.
- Asking Questions (20%): Because curiosity is key, and we want you to ask away!
- Classroom Learning (10%): Yup, there’s some traditional learning too, but just a bit.
We’re not just about hard skills; we’ll also hook you up with those essential soft skills. You’ll learn to connect, create your identity, and shine in any work environment.

Your Qualifications:
